Absolut unprofessionell. Reagiert wochenlang nicht auf Mails und kümmert sich monatelang nicht um die Anliegen der Eigentümer.

Aktualisierung: Im Oktober 2023 versucht der Gesellschafter die schlechten Rezensionen durch einen Anwalt löschen zu lassen.

The Rhein Hausverwaltung GmbH is far from a professional business. No reaction to emails from owners or tenants, not available by phone or email. Also, they are not fulfilling their obligations as a „Hausverwaltung“, the yearly statements and accounts are not produced within the legal limits, leading to financial losses for all owners.

Produced statements and accounts are breaking current laws (Heizkostenverordnung) and we have internal documents that show that this is not done by mistake, but on purpose (one employee mentioned wrongdoing in an email to another employee but the wrong statements were still sent out to owners).

After not reacting to all emails and phone calls in 2022, the „Eigentümergemeinschaft“ had a meeting and terminated the contract without notice due to negligence, which then triggered the Rhein Hausverwaltung GmbH to debit money from the owners account without permission, and they refused to accept the termination of contract. They only agreed to hand over all documents/invoices/etc. after we hired a lawyer, generating even more costs for the owners.

Stay well clear of this „Hausverwaltung“, as you will not get any service for your money, and you will be spending even more in the aftermath, as the only goal of Rhein Hausverwaltung GmbH seems to be picking the owners pockets for as long as possible, and give absolutely nothing in return.

They are also currently trying to have the bad reviews deleted through a lawyer. (December 2023).

As I can’t rate 0*, I can only suggest you save yourself the trouble, fire them as soon as possible if you have a contract with them, and find a professional „Hausverwaltung“ of which there are plenty out there.
